a) Lifecom Scientia is conducting a Real-world Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) survey in a quantitative method(predefined questions Formatted in standardised questionnaires) that provides access to quantitative and qualitative information
b) The enclosed surveys reveal misconceptions or misunderstandings that may represent obstacles to the activities which need to be implemented And helps in resolving potential barriers to behaviour change in pharmaceutical marketing of different therapies and molecules.
c)The enclosed survey/s only records opinion of yours based upon the declarative (i.e.,statements) based upon your long years of practice and expertise in the chosen therapy.
d) Lifecom Scientia in no way is collecting any individual patient details through these survey/s and only collecting your opinion on the subject matter.
e) Lifecom Scientia will collect the opinion of HCPs spread out in a state/region/zone / india in the assigned survey and will collate to arrive at the opinion report based upon the assigned therapeutic area and molecule.
f) Lifecom Scientia is sponsoring the survey/s to derive the opinion report on the assigned therapeutic area and molecules and in no way is involved or endorsing any brand of any pharmaceutical organisation.
g) As the opinion report is of help for therapy shaping initiatives and arriving at molecule related to marketing solutions which ultimately helps the patient pool therefore Lifecom Scientia as a sponsor of the survey/s reserves the right to use the opinion report for use on its own.
h) We have contacted you though our information source and by agreeing to the terms and conditions you have given your consent to be part of the survey/s to share your opinion on the enclosed statements without disclosing any patient details.
i) As Lifecom Scientia is using your expertise and experience on the subject matter and therapy of practice so we will be reimbursing you certain honorarium on the FMP to the given account details submitted by you.
j) The PAN Card and Account details collected by Lifecom Scientia in this platform will be used only for paying you the honorarium for the assigned survey/s and will not be shared with any other person/party/organisation.
h) The detailed agreement for the same has also been sent to your mail id available with us and will request you to go through the same.
i) By registering yourself with Lifegene Connect platform we consider that you have gone through the detailed mail sent to you and agreed to be part of the survey/s without sharing any patient details and without any obligation to prescribe, supply, adminster, recommend or buy any pharmaceutical organisation’s products and neither they constitute any reward for past and future business.
